FUNCTIONS
The DUAL DUOX PLUS 1S Regenerator can be used for the following purposes:

• Increase in the capacity of the installation in distance and/or terminal load. The regenerator must be connected to a point where the signal is acceptable (for example, where a monitor is working correctly).

1. Plate distance extension.
2. Monitor extension.
3. Signal regeneration.

• Isolation of sections (trunks,…). The two sections between which it is installed are isolated against short circuits, load and signal reflections.
• When powered by one port, the regenerator allows a maximum current of 1.6 A to pass to the other port.
• Also in mode as a multichannel regenerator, establishment of simultaneous conversations in different blocks.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• The assembly can be carried out either by screw fixing or by installation on a DIN rail.
• Dimensions: 86 (H) x 89 (V) x 26 (D) mm.

Connected

• The regenerator can be powered by any of its two ports, but not by both simultaneously. If you do so, microswitch 4 of SW1 must be placed in the OFF position to isolate the current from both ports.

  • Sub-Block: 10. The maximum distance will depend on the topology and cable of the installation. See table of sections and distances for more details. With DUOX you have maximum versatility, thanks to the stability and robustness in the signal transmission of this completely digital system that avoids any possible reflection and interference in the installation. The DUOX amplifier includes a voice synthesizer as standard. When the door opener is operated, a message is output: "door open, close after entering." Up to 3 terminals (telephones/monitors) can be installed in each home. Home terminals require simple programming. Through this programming, a call code is assigned to each terminal. Communication is private.

Cabling : Any type of cable can be selected: parallel, twisted pair and UTP CAT5 in new construction, and you can even use the existing wiring in replacement works (5 wires, 2-wire bell or old 4+N cable). 2 wires without polarity. It is recommended to see the section-distance-terminal-power supply table.
