The built-in electric door opener is a device that is installed in the door frame to control its opening from a remote location using an electrical device. In an electronic intercom installation it is possible to activate the door opener at the entrance to the building and allow the visitor access from the home's telephone or monitor by pressing the 'key' button on the door opener. A built-in door opener is made up of an electrical mechanism and an armature.
SERIES 990
Next generation series. It is the smallest door opener on the market. Allows you to replace all door openers of this type.
UNIVERSAL electric mechanism model MOD.990, whose dimensions are:
Recessed in wooden or metal frames. Its small size allows you to change hands without having to enlarge the hole where the door opener is housed.
Reversible (DIN Right or DIN Left). Allows opening both right and left.
Symmetrical. Allows you to change hands while maintaining the symmetry of the body.
DIN REGULATIONS The DIN REGULATION establishes the direction of door opening and names the type of door opener installed.
Looking at the door from the side where the hinges are visible:
- If the hinges are to the observer's left, it is a DIN Left door opener.
- If the hinges are to the observer's right, it is a Right DIN lock opener.
MAX ADJUSTABLE LATCH: The door opener includes an adjustable latch, allowing an exact fit between the latch and the lock latch, with a margin of 2mm. Allows the door leaf not to press the door opener latch.
D UNLOCK The door opener includes a manual unlocking lever, which inhibits its operation, allowing free access.
Embedded armor Type L22. For doors with deadbolt entry.
Type L22 metal trim that, together with an electrical mechanism, forms a built-in door opener. Recommended for small aluminum and PVC profiles as they have a smaller width than the standard.
Dimensions: 22(H)x250(V)mm. There are several types of door opener mechanisms, it depends on the TYPE OF OPERATION needed.
TYPE N_NORMAL_MULTIVOLTAGE 10-24Vac/dc:- N (Normal Operation and activation at 10-24 Vac/dc): the door opener unlocks during the time that a voltage of 10-24 Vac/dc is applied to it.
