22 years ago, one of the most important social projects of our Corporate Social Responsibility programme became a reality. We opened CEEME, a special employment centre dedicated to the assembly of electronic circuits which, at the same time, offered people with functional diversity an opportunity to feel fulfilled, favouring their labour and social integration.

Since then, more than 110 people with hearing, physical, intellectual, or mental disabilities have been able to carry out their life project thanks to a job, a professional training and a social programme aimed at their personal development. Cristina Sebastián, head of CEEME, tells us about the history and future projects of the centre where integration is possible.
